1. Contact Kelly owner of Fast and easy pick fish up. He will come down to the dock and pick up your fish and Deliver it to the processor.

Price sheet

$120 for all the fish on the boat under one name.

$50 per person if clients want them individually processed.

$40 additional for more than two fish over 100 pounds.

3 MIL. BAGS

$1.50 per pound for fillet and vacuum packaging

$2.10 per pound for smoking and vacuum packaging

$3.10 per pound for jerking and vacuum packaging



5 MIL. BAGS

$1.60 per pound for fillet and vacuum packaging

$5.00 per a piece for Collars - Tuna, Yellowtail Collars, Grouper Collars etc.



Gourmet Canning

$5.15per pound


TUNA BELLIES ARE PROVIDED AUTOMATICALLY AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE- All other bellies by special request only

We are happy to accept fillets at an increased rate of $2.85 per pound.

Collars are packed only in 5 mil bags and must be requested in your order.

All Wahoo will have skin removed unless you request that it be left on.

Wahoo "bone in" Steaks will only be packaged in 5 Mil bags

All Credit Card Transactions will be charged a 3.95% service fee.


2. Fish drop off is dependent completely on capacity. Sometimes we just don’t have the room to store your fish. Or it’ll have to be stored for too long before we can cut it so we just won’t take it. YOU HAVE 2 WEEKS TO PICK UP YOUR FISH BEFORE WE CHARGE STORAGE FEES.


3. Processing times change daily. If you called before the trip and were told were same day that applies for that day! Not the day you get back. The person picking up your fish will have the most up to date pick up times.


Notes

Driving Fish home

Weather you have your fish cut up on the boat or choose a processor make sure to keep it fresh not frozen. Once fish is frozen the chance of breaking the seal increases dramatically during transportation.

Flying fish home

TSA regulates the fish must be frozen in order to be transported. We recommend a inexpensive soft cooler bag packed extremely tightly to remove extra airspace and put into the check baggage.
